What We Provide

Clear scope, support, and execution from one team

The page now leads with the deliverables and capabilities people usually want to confirm first.

  • Storefront signs, banners, window graphics, and decals
  • Vinyl, acrylic, foam board, metal, and rigid substrates
  • One-off pieces to multi-location branding rollouts

Built around your brand

Every job starts with a conversation. We learn what your brand is going for, then spec the materials, finishes, and formats that fit — not a generic catalog template.

Every finish under one roof

Vinyl decals, acrylic and foam board signs, metal panels, fabric banners, dimensional letters, and more — we run the full range in-house so you get one consistent quality bar.

Any size, any shape

From a 4×6 placard to a wall-spanning banner, custom die-cuts to standard rectangles. If you can sketch it, we can build it — no shape or scale is off the table.

Single pieces to bulk rollouts

Order one sign for a new opening or a thousand for a national campaign. Same care, same color-matching, same hand-check before it ships.

Why Choose First Banners

Your brand, built the way you want it

No two brands look the same, so we do not run yours through a template. We sit down, learn what your business is going for, and recommend the right materials and finishes — vinyl, acrylic, foam board, metal, fabric — at whatever size, shape, and volume the job calls for. Whether it is one sign for a new storefront or hundreds of pieces for a multi-location rollout, you get the same care from concept through install.

Why brands choose us

  • Discovery call before we quote — we learn the brand before we recommend materials.
  • Vinyl, acrylic, foam board, metal, and fabric finishes all done in-house.
  • No size, shape, or quantity limits — one-off prototypes to full-scale rollouts.

How We Work

From your brief to finished pieces

A clear, repeatable process so you know what's happening at every stage.

  1. Step 01

Send us the design that will go on the sign. Signage often gets blown up to large sizes, so file quality matters even more than usual.

    • Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are strongly preferred — they scale to billboard size without losing crispness.
    • High-resolution PNGs are accepted (300 DPI at final print size — bigger signs need bigger source files).
    • If you have an old file from a previous project with us, we can reuse it.
    • If you have a file from another shop, we can check whether it is print-ready for the size you need.
    • If you need help making the design, we can build it for you (one-time fee).

    Note

For anything larger than 4 ft on the longest side, vector is essentially required — a raster that looks fine on your screen can pixelate badly when stretched to fit a banner or wall.

  2. Step 02

    Material, Size and Quantity

Tell us what you would like the design printed on, how big, and how many. If you are not sure which material is right for the use case (indoor vs outdoor, short-term vs permanent), we will recommend the best fit.

    • Foam board — lightweight, indoor displays, presentations, trade shows.
    • Coroplast — corrugated plastic, outdoor yard signs, real estate, event wayfinding.
    • Vinyl banners — single or double-sided, finished with hems and grommets, sized to your specs.
    • Acrylic board — premium indoor signage, glossy or matte, with optional standoffs.
    • PVC and aluminum composite (Dibond) — rigid, weather-resistant, for long-term outdoor use.
    • Business cards — multiple stocks and finishes (matte, gloss, soft-touch, spot UV).
    • Stickers and decals — die-cut, kiss-cut, holographic, weatherproof vinyl.
    • Window graphics — clear or perforated vinyl, one-way or two-way visibility.
    • Specify exact dimensions (W × H) and quantity. Higher volumes bring down per-piece cost.
  3. Step 03

    Quote and Digital Mockup

Before production starts, we send a quote with line-item pricing and a digital mockup showing your design at scale on the chosen material. Once you approve both, we begin production.

    • Digital mockup shows colors, layout, and proportions on the chosen substrate.
    • Changes requested can be handled here — adjustments at this stage are simple.
    • Pricing covers material, printing/finishing, and any applicable setup fees.
    • Add-ons quoted here: grommets, hems, cutouts, mounting hardware, lamination.
    • Rush quotes available — just let us know your deadline upfront.
  4. Step 04

    Finalize Order

Once you approve the mockup and quote, we collect a deposit and lock in your spot on the production schedule.

    • A 50% deposit is typically required to begin production.
    • Accepted: all major credit/debit cards, Zelle, cash, and business checks.
    • Balance is due upon pickup or before delivery/installation.
    • If you are tax exempt, share your resale certificate and we will handle it.
  5. Step 05

    Receive Your Signage

Every piece is quality-checked before it leaves the shop. We offer in-shop pickup, local delivery, and on-site installation for larger signs.

    • Turnaround time: roughly 4 business days after start of production (varies by material and finishing).
    • Expedite: possible with a rush fee — we will do our best to hit your deadline.
    • Shipping: UPS / FedEx for smaller pieces; freight available for oversized panels.
    • Local pickup and local delivery available — share your address and we will recommend the best option.
    • Storefront and outdoor signage: on-site installation can be arranged, including mounting hardware and surface prep.

Ready to start? Send us your details.

The more you can share up front (artwork, garment, sizes, quantities, deadline), the faster we can come back with a quote and a digital mockup.

Answers Before Production Day

Frequently asked questions

If you need technical specs, compliance documentation, or custom insurance certificates, reach out. Our coordinators can fill in the missing details.

What materials and finishes do you offer?

Vinyl decals and wraps, acrylic and foam board signs, metal panels, fabric banners, rigid substrates like PVC and Coroplast, dimensional letters, and more. If you describe the look and the environment — indoor, outdoor, backlit, retail-floor — we will recommend the substrate and finish that holds up best.

Is there a minimum order size?

No minimum. We handle single-piece signs for new storefronts and one-off retail displays just as readily as multi-location rollouts and bulk runs. Pricing scales with quantity, but the door is open at any volume.

Can you produce custom sizes and shapes?

Yes. Custom die-cuts, oversized banners, irregular wall graphics, and dimensional shapes are all part of what we do. Send a rough sketch or final artwork and we will spec the production method, recommend the substrate, and proof it before anything runs.
