By placing an order, submitting a quote request, approving artwork, making payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are based on the specifications provided at the time of inquiry. Pricing may change if quantities, materials, sizes, artwork, turnaround time, or project scope are modified.

Quotes are subject to change until an order is approved and confirmed.

Payments

Payment terms may vary depending on the project. Certain orders may require deposits or full payment before production begins.

Orders may be delayed or placed on hold until payment requirements are satisfied.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, mockups, artwork, spelling, sizing, colors, quantities, and specifications before approving production.

Approval of artwork confirms authorization to proceed with production as submitted.

Customer-Provided Files

Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded files, artwork, logos, and designs are accurate, properly licensed, and suitable for production.

We are not responsible for issues caused by low-resolution files, incorrect sizing, spelling errors, transparency problems, color shifts, or artwork supplied by the customer.

Color & Print Variations

Printed, embroidered, and fabricated products may vary slightly from digital mockups, screen previews, previous orders, or customer expectations due to differences in materials, inks, threads, fabrics, lighting, finishing methods, and production processes.

Minor variations are considered normal and acceptable within industry standards.

Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided as general estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Production timelines may be affected by material availability, customer approvals, file issues, shipping delays, revisions, equipment maintenance, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Once production or material purchasing has begun, certain costs may become non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party damages, including lost profits, delays, or business interruptions.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline production requests at our discretion, including projects containing unlawful, infringing, hateful, explicit, or prohibited content.

Intellectual Property

Customers represent that they own or have permission to use all submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, and content.

The customer assumes all responsibility for any claims related to intellectual property infringement.

These Terms of Service may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current version of these terms.
