Cancellations

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production, setup, material purchasing, printing, embroidery, fabrication, or preparation has started, cancellation requests may be subject to partial charges or may no longer be eligible for cancellation.


Custom Materials & Purchased Inventory

If garments, blanks, apparel, vinyl, acrylic, banner stock, signage materials, specialty media, or other custom supplies have already been ordered or prepared specifically for your project, the customer is responsible for the cost of those materials.

Any purchased materials related to the canceled order may be provided to the customer upon request.


Design, Setup & Production Time

Artwork preparation, design work, digitizing, mockups, setup fees, screen preparation, machine setup, and labor already completed prior to cancellation are non-refundable.


In-Production Orders

Orders that have already entered production, including printing, embroidery, cutting, fabrication, finishing, or installation preparation, may not be canceled or refunded.


Rush & Custom Orders

Rush orders, special-order items, and fully custom projects may become non-cancelable once materials are ordered or production time has been reserved.


Refund Processing

If a cancellation is approved, refunds will only apply to the portion of the order that has not yet been completed, produced, or purchased. Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment method used.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, quantities, artwork, sizing, colors, specifications, and approvals before production begins. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and delays.
