Embroidered Products

Embroidery is the difference between a logo that fades after ten washes and one that still snaps off a jacket years later. We digitize artwork properly, set stitch counts dense enough to hold their shape, and match thread colors to your brand. From a single embroidered patch to a full run of branded polos, every piece comes off the machine with the same care.

What We Provide

Clear scope, support, and execution from one team

The page now leads with the deliverables and capabilities people usually want to confirm first.

  • Hats, polos, hoodies, jackets, and uniforms
  • Logo digitization with clean, dense stitch counts
  • Custom patches, badges, and 3D puff embroidery

Logo digitization done right

We turn flat artwork into stitch-files with proper underlay and pull compensation, so the final piece sits clean and holds its shape across years of wear.

Hats, polos, hoodies, and more

From snapbacks and dad hats to fleece, denim, and performance fabrics — we set the hoop tension and needle for each garment so threads bite without distorting the cloth.

Premium thread library

Hundreds of polyester and rayon colors stocked in-house, matched to your brand. Specialty threads — metallic, glow, neon — available on request.

Patches and dimensional work

Iron-on, sew-on, and Velcro-backed patches in custom shapes. 3D puff embroidery for raised lettering on caps. Twill and chenille for letterman-style pieces.

Why Choose First Banners

Threadwork that ages well

A cheap embroidery job looks bad on day one. A great one looks better on day five hundred. The difference is digitization done right — proper underlay, the correct stitch direction for the fabric, pull compensation that keeps the design crisp through washes and wear. We sit with every logo before the needles drop, so what leaves the shop is built to outlast the jacket it is sewn on.

Why brands choose us

  • Digitization done in-house — every stitch file proofed before the run.
  • Hundreds of polyester and rayon threads stocked and color-matched to your brand.
  • Hoops, needles, and tension adjusted per garment — no one-size settings.

How We Work

From your brief to finished pieces

A clear, repeatable process so you know what's happening at every stage.

  1. Step 01

This is the fundamental step. For the embroidery to be clean and precise, we need a high resolution image in accordance with the following:

    • SVG, PDF, AI, EPS files (vector files, these are the highest quality ones)
    • High resolution PNGs are also accepted (300 DPI and above)
    • If you have an old file from your previous projects with us, we can use it again.
    • If you have an old file from another shop, we can check if we can use it.
    • If you need help with making your design, we can help (one time fee).
    • Include preferred hex codes or Pantone numbers and we will match it as close as we can.
  2. Step 02

    Apparel or Garment

tell us what type of garment you would like to embroider. Although we are happy to use your blanks as well, we would typically want a few more, in case of issues. We also carry a variety of blanks.

    • Our main inventory includes hats, caps, shirts, jackets, sweaters, polo shirts, towels, hoodies etc.
    • Specify sizing and quantity per size. (5 XS, 5 S, 4 M, 5 L, 8 XL)
    • Specify embroidery placement: front center, left chest, back center etc.
    • higher quantities bring down the price per unit
  3. Step 03

    Quote and Digital Proof

Before we start production, we will send you the quote with pricing and a digital embroidery proof showing exactly how your embroidery will look when stitched. Once we get an approval, we can start production.

    • Digital proof shows thread colors, stitch direction, and approximate size.
    • Changes requested can be handled here, adjustments will be simple.
    • Pricing includes garment cost, embroidery, and any applicable setup/digitizing fees.
    • Digitizing starts at $60 (one-time fee only) — reorders of the same design pay no digitizing charge.
    • Rush quotes available — just let us know your deadline upfront.
  4. Step 04

    Finalize Order

Once we receive approval of the digital proof and everything else is good, we will start the production. To start, we require a deposit.

    • A 50% deposit is typically required to begin production
    • Accepted: All major credit/debit cards, Zelle, cash, and business checks.
    • Balance is due upon pickup — shipping is available at an additional cost if needed.
    • If you are tax exempt, provide your resale certificate and we'll handle it
  5. Step 05

    Receive Order

This is the best part. You receive your orders. We do free local delivery, shipping and pickup as well.

    • Turnaround time: 8 business days, after start of production.
    • expedite time: possible with a rush fee, we will do our best to finish by your deadline.
    • Shipping: UPS / FedEx. Tracking number will be sent once shipped.
    • Local pickup and local delivery are possible as well. Once we know your address, we can let you know the best option.

The more you can share up front (artwork, garment, sizes, quantities, deadline), the faster we can come back with a quote and a digital mockup.

Answers Before Production Day

Frequently asked questions

If you need technical specs, compliance documentation, or custom insurance certificates, reach out. Our coordinators can fill in the missing details.

Can I embroider any garment?

Almost. Hats, polos, hoodies, jackets, denim, fleece, canvas bags, towels — yes. Very thin, stretchy, or delicate fabrics (silk, mesh athletic wear, technical lycra) we will discuss case-by-case. Bring the garment in or send a photo and we will tell you if it is a fit.

What is the maximum design size?

Standard left-chest is roughly 4 inches wide. Full back, jacket back, or large-scale embroidery can go up to 12 inches wide on most garments. Hats cap around 2.25 inches tall due to the curve of the crown. Larger designs use multi-hooping or full-back panels.

Is there a minimum order?

One piece. Whether it is a single embroidered patch for a personal jacket or 200 polos for a corporate team, the setup fee (digitization) is the same — so smaller orders just have a higher per-piece cost. We are happy to handle one-offs.
